    Registration Dates: Online and mail-in pre-registration is open at discounted rates from November 16, 2020, through February 14, 2021. (Mail-in includes US mail, FAX, scan/email.)

    Register for the Conference: Delegates must have an Opus Event User Profile before registering online . If you registered online for the 2019 NAfME Northwest Division Conference in Portland, and/or the 2020 WMEA Conference in Yakima, you already have a User Profile. A User Profile is unnecessary for mail-in registration.

    1. To set up a new profile:
      1. Using Chrome or Firefox as your browser, click on the link: https://www.opusevent.com/
      2. Look for "New to OpusEvent?" Click on "Create Account"
      3. Fill in first name, last name, email address and a password of your choosing. (At least six characters including upper- and lower-case letters, one number and one symbol.) Opus Event will email you a PIN to complete your sign-up
      4. Account Verification: View your mail, copy the PIN and paste it into the PIN window in OpusEvent. Click Next.
      5. User Information: Fill in address, city/state/zip and phone number
      6. Link a Membership. On the same screen, if you have a current NAfME membership, click on "Link a membership here" and select NAfME from the drop-down list. Click on Create User.
      7. Complete the page with the email address and membership ID number NAfME has for you.
      8. Click on your event, 2021 NAfME Northwest Division Conference Registration. When you see the correct registration form, click "Register."
    2. To register if you already have a User Profile:
      1. Using Chrome or Firefox as your browser, click on this link: https://www.opusevent.com/ Click on Sign In.
      2. On the next screen, click on the drop-down arrow next to your name, then on My Profile.
      3. You may edit your profile on the next screen, if you wish. Click on Edit. You may also change your email address (Change user name) and your password (Change password)
      4. If your profile shows that your NAfME membership has expired, go to www.nafme.org and click "Renew."
      5. Already renewed you NAfME membership? When you log in, OpusEvent will query NAfME and will update your expiration date.
      6. Click on your event, 2021 NAfME Northwest Division Conference Registration. When you see the correct registration form, click "Register."
    3. Non-members, do not add a membership when you set up a User Profile. On your User Profile page, click on the Home icon (top left) to bring up the non-member registration form.
    4. Online Registration Process:
      1. Fill out the registration form completely, including payment informatrion. Click Submit & Pay.
      2. Paying by credit card? Fill out the payment screen and click on Submit. When payment is verified, you will be emailed a receipt.
      3. Paying with a purchase order? Please include a valide purchase order number. After you click on Submit & Pay, your registration will stay in Submitted status. A WMEA staff member will collect the PO information for invoicing, then will change your registration status to "Accepted." You will be emailed a receipt. The WMEA Finance Coordinator will mail an invoice to your district or school
